Quick Answer
Lola can use this queue to convert watch-pipeline or research proof into one bounded website candidate at a time.
Each candidate starts as a preview asset, passes Soma and Iris/Quinn review, and only publishes if it is Lola/VSP-owned with rollback proof and Aibert VA review tasking ready.
This page is Lola’s preview-only queue for building more VSP-owned websites from research and watch signals. It keeps the business direction concrete: Lola should not only polish the current sites. She should repeatedly turn strong signals into small, useful website assets that can be tested, reviewed, published when allowed, and expanded from proof.

Candidate classes
| Class | Best first asset | Safe monetization assumption | Example first gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Affiliate micro-site | Category checklist, comparison prep, or buyer question sheet | Future affiliate links after account and compliance approval | No product winners, no hidden links, no performance promises. |
| Lead-magnet site | Downloadable checklist, scorecard, or readiness worksheet | Future opt-in or partner handoff after form/privacy approval | No live form, no CRM write, no outreach. |
| Local-service education site | Public explainer, readiness checklist, or intake FAQ | Future local-service offer after owner and pricing approval | No prospect data, scraping, customer contact, or ranking promise. |
| Small tool/resource site | Static calculator, organizer, or decision tree | Future upgrade path after payment/account approval | No payment link, no sensitive inputs, no user data storage. |
Entry score
Use this score before any build work enters Work Queue.
| Check | Pass condition |
|---|---|
| Source proof | A watch item, research packet, VA note, traffic proof, or Matt direction explains why this deserves a test. |
| Ownership | The site is clearly Lola/VSP-owned and not TS Sales or another operator’s lane. |
| First user | The audience can be named in one sentence. |
| First useful asset | The first page helps the visitor even without a form, account, payment, or affiliate link. |
| Risk boundary | Claims stay educational and avoid medical, legal, financial, sober-living, insurance, pricing, or customer-data risk unless existing approved proof covers them. |
| Non-spend path | The first version can be created, reviewed, and optionally published without paid tools, accounts, new domains, or credential access. |
First-page acceptance gate
The first deliverable should be small enough to complete cleanly:
- One preview page, checklist, worksheet, comparison prep, or static tool shell.
- One named Work Queue item routed to Soma - Website Builder.
- One Iris/Quinn review after the page exists.
- Backup or rollback proof for any edited source file.
- Redline scan proving no spend, external send, credential access, account setup, live capture, affiliate-link change, customer data, provider/model route change, or true subagent launch.
- Publish gate only after the item is confirmed Lola/VSP-owned and VA review tasking is ready for Aibert.
Expansion rule
Lola can expand a site only after the previous item has proof. Proof can be a clean QA review, a successful publish closeout, Aibert/Vern VA review notes, traffic evidence, or a clear reason to park the site. If proof is missing, the next move is not another page. The next move is closeout, repair, or parking.
Current queue stance
The aging-in-place bathroom safety cluster is the first working proof of this pattern. Recent watch-pipeline candidates now include Trades Invoice Reminder Readiness Checklist, Boring Workflow Readiness Checklist, Boring Workflow Intake Map, Mac Utility Apps Buyer Prep, Screen Recorder Workflow Fit, Time Tracker Buying Questions, Indie Mac App Review Map, Thread Tools Affiliate Site Readiness Packet, and the Thread Tools Review Hub Content Map. These turn venture signals into useful first assets without touching SMS, email, Stripe, customer data, healthcare/insurance workflows, affiliate enrollment, payout setup, outreach, pricing, paid tools, or SaaS launch.
Lola should treat this page as the front door for future affiliate-code sites, venture validation microsites, and small resource/tool websites.
Stop before domain purchase, DNS, affiliate enrollment, payment setup, live forms, customer or prospect outreach, scraping/list building, CRM/form/calendar writes, credentials/OAuth/account access, provider/model routes, paid tools, TS Sales changes, sensitive claims, non-Lola-managed publish, destructive changes, or true subagent launch.
